Michael Alberini Arrested For Domestic Violence Update

Michael Alberini was arrested for the charge of domestic violence. It was believed of imminent physical hard by threat or force and unlawful restraint act that he did.

Local police were called about 1:50 am Tuesday, 12th December 2021 to 700 block of Squirrel Hill Drive in Boardman on reports of a domestic situation.

Upon investigation, it was found that he had blocked his 42 years old wife from leaving the home and allegedly stated that if ‘anyone comes to the house, there would be a standoff.’

When the offices reached his place upon a call, they looked from the window of the home and found Michael Alberini was sitting in a chair holding a rifle, according to the police report.

Officers asked him to drop the gun and come out. Michael Alberini then opened the garage door and came outside where he was arrested. He was booked into the Mahoning County Jail.

He pleaded not guilty at an arraignment hearing Tuesday and was ordered not to have contact with the victim. The Boardman Ohio Restaurant owner will be back in court on January 11.
