A 15-year-old teen girl from Maple valley, Kasama Smith, allegedly tried to “scare” a jogger with her vehicle when she reportedly struck and killed him.
According to King County investigators, the juvenile girl accused of killing a jogger in a July hit-and-run handed herself into deputies last week.
