According to his statement, Feazell tried to prevent him from closing the garage door and got “aggressive,” and he was “scared for his family’s safety” when he spotted other individuals in her car.
Later, he said that he didn’t see Feazell with any weapons and that she was small in stature, so he didn’t see her as a threat.
As Feazell was walking away, he stated he fired seven rounds at the car.
