Francesco was known for making prank videos with his longtime partner Kaitlin. She also shared updates on his cancer fight on her TikTok and YouTube channels over the years.
Francesco’s sickness had taken a turn for the worst, and Kaitlin had shared the bad news with fans last week.

Kaitlin went into much depth about her late boyfriend’s battle on their website.
“Francesco was diagnosed with stage 3B testicular cancer when he was 17 years old, and it had spread to his lymph nodes, neck, liver, spinal cord, and right hip,” she wrote.
“As a result, he’d undergone multiple surgeries and radiation treatments, and he was on his second round of chemotherapy.”
A GoFundMe had been put up in Francesco’s honor a week before he passed away, when he entered the “hospice stage.”
