Beomgyu born Choi Beom Gyu, is a member of the boy band, TXT. TXT stands for “Tomorrow X Together,” pronounced as the Korean translation “Tomorrow By Together”.

Beomgyu was revealed as the fifth member of Big Hit Entertainment’s boy band TXT on January 20, 2019. Other TXT Members Yeonjun was introduced on January 10, 2019, Soobin was revealed on January 14, 2019, Huening Kai was revealed on January 15, 2019 and Beomgyu on January 17, 2019.

In an introduction video, Beomgyu is seen goofing around on a train, taking selfies and generally enjoying himself. The video ends with a blank screen as Morse code is heard, which fans quickly decoded to translate into the word “Dreaming.”
